He gives in and echoes the laugh, soft and breathless, reaching up to stroke a hand through Neil's damp hair. He's tired, but in a way that seems like it might not stick around. Under the tiredness he's loose and relaxed, the water soothing all around him. He sighs, brushes his lips against Neil's temple.
