It's enough that she pushes the door open the rest of the way with her foot and steps aside to let him in, all without taking her eyes off the hall behind him. As soon as he's inside and the door is locked again, she'll give him her full attention, but until then, she needs to make sure no one's coming down that hall.

"Come on," she says. "Clem and I are fine. Freaked out, but we're physically fine." Which is enough for the time being. Andrea and Clementine have both made lives of being freaked out but fine for a long time, she figures.
