"I don't believe that," she says. "We're not living in the dark ages here and, as far as I can see, while it's chaotic out there, society in this city has yet to crumble completely. If Neil's in the hospital, it means the doctors are working on it."

And that's a hell of a lot more than they got back in her world. This entire situation is making her wonder whether she and Clementine are still infected.
